Building in Public
There's something liberating about sharing your work while it's still messy. Not everything needs to be polished before it sees the light of day.
The case for imperfection
The old web was full of half-finished pages, "under construction" banners, and personal sites that were clearly works in progress. And that was fine. It was charming, even.
Somewhere along the way we decided everything had to be production-ready before anyone could see it. I think that's a mistake.
What I'm doing differently
This site is a living thing. I'll ship features when they're ready, write posts when I have something to say, and not worry about everything being perfect.
If you see something broken, that's a feature, not a bug. 🚧
